Samuel Naugher, owner of Waypoint Construction, has spent 10+ years in construction across Lubbock and the surrounding area — learning jobs from the ground up and helping shape buildings the community still uses every day. That local track record is the foundation Waypoint stands on.
We’re partnering with Dale Grublenik, a 40+ year Lubbock contractor, to bring the same quality and craftsmanship the market already trusts. Decades of field wisdom meet a next-generation general contractor — so owners get seasoned judgment without losing hands-on accountability.
